We book on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot guarantee availability. We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible for those busy summer months. Weddings and more formal events are booked out for as long as 18 months.

Yes, we are! We would love to be a part of your special day. Today's more formal occasions are looking for that unique concept that will be remembered years later. A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required to hold a date for an event. This deposit must be received by Giannos Catering and Special Events to secure the date and time of your choice.
40% will be due at contract signing and to reserve tasting. 30% is due at the 120-day mark and payment in full, as well as final headcount are due 45 days before your event.

If the event is canceled by the Client, after the payment of the invoice due, but (60) days prior to event date, Giannos Catering and Special Events shall retain Fifty Percent (50%) for the canceled event. However, should the event be canceled within thirty (30) days of the agreed date, Client shall forfeit all monies paid. Giannos Catering and Special Events is committed to working with the Client to reschedule, but makes no guarantees desired date will be available.

There is a minimum charge of $1,000 for full-service catering, but no minimum guest count for your event. This is to accommodate the preparation time and associates required to provide our on-site wood-fired catering services.

The more, the merrier! We have accommodated intimate parties of 15 up to large concerts and sporting events of 2,000 people. Please get in touch with us with your planned guest numbers and meal selection ideas to better answer this question.

The sooner, the better. We require finalizing the guest count details at least 45 days before your event date for food prep and ordering planning.

We cook for kids under 5 for free.

Our work area is protected by our canopy and umbrellas right by the wood-fired oven or grill. We do not have protection against the wind or covers for the serving table(s).

We can bring our menu items into the house, a tent, a lanai, or another covered area.

For our wood-fired pizza catering, we can pull up close to a building or garage, but not inside a building due to the attached chimney.

Yes, we can. We will work hard with you to position the oven for your special event as best as possible, as long as the ground is level and firm enough. However, we cannot be responsible for damage to lawns, irrigation, or septic systems.

For our wood-fired pizza oven, standard presentations require the wood-fired oven or grill unit to be located either to the side or behind our preparation area. All pizzas will be displayed on a buffet table for your guests enjoyment. Electric access is preferred but not required.

Yes, we do. Soy-based cheese, along with a variety of fresh local vegetables, can be planned. Our cauliflower crust is also a big hit!

Due to the flour used in our cooking processes, we cannot accommodate celiac sensitivities, but we can offer a cauliflower crust for dietary considerations.

Yes, we do. You are welcome to choose up to 4 extraordinary pie selections for your guest's enjoyment. We will have 2 of each creation ready for your guests are your requested time and we'll continue to keep the pies coming until the last guest is served!

Yes, we serve most of the Central North Carolina communities. A travel fee of $1.00 per mile will be incurred, based on the distance to your venue from our home base.
