  • How Far in Advance Do I Have to Book?
We book on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot guarantee availability. We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible for those busy summer months. Weddings and more formal events are booked out for as long as 18 months.
  • Are You Available for My Wedding or Rehearsal Party?
Yes, we are! We would love to be a part of your special day. Today's more formal occasions are looking for that unique concept that will be remembered years later. Our oven and staff adapt very well to various event themes.
  • Do You Have a Deposit Requirement?
All bookings require a "save-the-day" deposit of $500 to secure your day and time; 50% of the balance will be due 6o days before and the final payment 14 days before your event. Save-the-day deposits are refundable 60 days before your event or applied toward your balance.
  • What If I Need to Cancel?
We require a minimum of 60 days' notice for your event cancellation for deposits to be returned.
  • Is There a Minimum Charge or Number of People for My Party?
There is a minimum charge but no minimum guest count for your party. This is to accommodate the preparation time and associates required to provide our on-site wood-fired catering services.
  • What Is the Maximum Party Size You Can Accommodate?
The more, the merrier! We have accommodated intimate parties of 15 up to large concerts and sporting events of 2000 people. Please get in touch with us with your planned guest numbers and meal selection ideas to better answer this question.
  • When Do You Need to Know Our Final Count?
The sooner, the better. We require finalizing the guest count details at least 30 days before your event date for food prep and ordering planning.
  • How Are Children Counted?
We cook for kids under 5 for free, and children ages 5 – 11 are counted 2-for-1.
  • What Happens If It Rains?
Our work area is protected by our canopy and umbrellas right by the wood-fired oven or grill. We do not have protection against the wind or covers for the serving table(s).
  • Can You Bring Our Food Inside?
We can bring our menu items into the house, a tent, a lanai, or another covered area.
  • Can You Pull Up to My Garage?
We can pull up close to a building or garage but not inside a building due to the attached chimney.
  • Can You Park in the Backyard?
Yes, we can. We will work hard with you to position the oven for your special event as best as possible, as long as the ground is level and firm enough. However, we cannot be responsible for damage to lawns, irrigation, or septic systems.
  • What Are Your Setup Requirements?
Standard presentations require the wood-fired oven or grill unit to be located either to the side or behind our preparation area. Electric access is preferred but not required.
  • Do You Do Vegan Pizzas?
Yes, we do. Soy-based cheese, along with a variety of fresh local vegetables, can be planned.
  • Do You Do Gluten-Free Pizzas?
Due to the flour used in our cooking processes, we cannot accommodate celiac sensitivities, but we can offer a cauliflower crust for dietary considerations.
  • Do You Take Requests for Pizzas?
Yes, we do. The extraordinary pie selections are usually set when we finalize your entertaining needs. However, special requests can be made after your party's initial rush.
  • Can You Do My Party Outside of Guilford County?
Yes, we serve most of the Central North Carolina communities. A travel fee may be incurred based on the distance to your venue from our home base.
